In January Michael began planning and writing a budget spreadsheet using formula in Excel. The spreadsheet adds up weekly spending and takes it away from the money coming in. By March we were entering the real numbers - cost of rent, food etc. The spreadsheet can be used to inform choices and decisions about money. On this day Michael was contemplating buying an iMac.
